Developing a learning culture
learning is working, working is learningThe campaign goal was to nurture the culture of learning within an organisation by identifying opportunities where ‘working is learning’ and ‘learning is working’.
To promote this, we were asked to create characters that were identifiable people but avoided stereotypes. These were employed across a variety of media to raise awareness of the campaign. Simple animations, accompanied by voice over, supported intentional learning as part of everyday work by highlighting where and how learning happens - in the classroom, in conversation and learning by doing.
Staff were given notepads with thought-provoking quotes - as a prompt for thinking about learning. We turned famous people into our characters to illustrate these.
Postcards and posters were created as part of ambient marketing around the workplace.
