Developing a learning culturelearning is working, working is learning
The campaign goal was to nurture the culture of learning within an organisation by identifying opportunities where ‘working is learning’ and ‘learning is working’. To promote this, we were asked to create characters that were identifiable people but avoided stereotypes. These were employed across a variety of media to raise awareness of the campaign. Simple animations, accompanied by voice over, supported intentional learning as part of everyday work by highlighting where and how learning happens - in the classroom, in conversation and learning by doing.
