Thought Provoking Art
building a portrait of a patientTo support the roll out of professional development training, we were asked to create a thought-provoking ‘call to action’ that spoke to the core values of our pharma client and tapped into the motivation of our audience. The different stages of portrait sculpture work as a metaphor for skill-building - identifying both the science and art of a patient-centred approach.
Over a two day period we filmed the whole process of sculpting a portrait, intercutting this with our subject in consultation with a doctor, receiving a diagnosis.
Keeping the patient in mind was a key message reinforced throughout the training programme.
