Workplace Dilemma-Based Drama
engaging employees in compliance trainingWe were asked to help bring the topic of Health and Safety to life for our client Upskill People, who produce award-winning online learning courses for a range of sectors. Our role was to script and produce short videos to inspire empathy, raise challenges and model assertive behaviour.
We created neutral, universal spaces with bold graphic enviroments.
We presented realistic workplace dilemmas and showed how to deal with them effectively. Skills demonstrated are made explicit through short pieces to camera that sum up the action.
Characters pose ‘What if?’ questions to the learner, asking them to put themselves in a situation where something goes wrong. This heightens the importance of each topic, making them real, and encourages personal responsibility for complying with rules and regulations.
