Case study

Turning content into learning materials

A client came to us with existing content, including subject matter, messages and learning points.

They did not need us to start again. They needed a production partner who could help turn what they already had into learning materials that felt clear, coherent and professionally made.

Helping existing material become clear, coherent and useful

The challenge was to organise the content so it would make sense to the audience. Some of the thinking was already there, but it needed stronger structure, clearer flow and a more considered visual approach.

Our role combined writing, design, learning production and creative direction. We helped refine the material, improve the sequence, clarify the key messages and create finished assets that were easier for audiences to follow and use.

This kind of work is often about judgement: knowing what to keep, what to simplify, where the emphasis belongs, and how to make the material feel purposeful without making the process bigger than it needs to be.

The result was a set of learning materials that made better use of the client’s existing content, turning supplied information into clear, usable resources for their audience.
