Workshop
ALIVE Managers:
Better conversations for healthier teams
ALIVE Managers lead conversations that build trust, strengthen motivation and address challenges early.
This practical workshop introduces and explores the ALIVE skills that can be used in everyday interactions to reduce overdependence and help team members take responsibility and act with greater initiative.
Participants examine how they ask questions, listen to different perspectives, interpret what may be happening beneath the surface and respond when someone is uncertain, defensive or struggling. They will then analyse a real management interaction before developing an experiment to try in their own context.
A team’s success is determined by the conversations people have, and the ones they avoid.
