Many challenges inside organisations come down to everyday moments between people: how feedback is given, how disagreement is handled, how clearly something is said, or whether someone feels heard.
We create films, facilitated sessions and practical tools that give people space to notice what is happening, talk about it honestly, and explore what they might do differently.
The aim is to support the behaviours that help teams work better together: listening, speaking clearly, handling tension, leading with integrity, and responding well when things get difficult.
The conversations people avoid are often the ones that define how a team really works.

Seeing the meeting from both sides
A leader wanted to help people understand why hybrid meetings can more often lead to misunderstandings. We created a split-screen drama showing the same virtual meeting from two perspectives: what one person intended, and what another person experienced.
The film gave teams a shared way to reflect on the dynamics of hybrid meetings, exploring how tone, timing and assumptions shape what people hear, how they feel, and what they do next.

A development team wanted to make workplace behaviour easier to talk about. We created a series of puppet-led films that brought familiar work scenarios to life.
The finished learning experience made sensitive topics safer to discuss, encouraging teams to talk openly about how they work together. By watching dynamics play out through characters, teams could reflect on communication and behaviour without feeling singled out.
